Q: Can I sell a design bought at Clipartopolis and digitized into a Machine Embroidery file?
A: YES ! That's the beauty of our website, you can sell digitized designs created based on our designs.

Q: What do I have to do with the file downloaded?
A: Our designs are compressed in zip files, for safe travel over the internet. Your computer may decompress it to a folder automatically. If not, you will have to do it manually by using programs such as Winzip (Windows) or Stuffit Expander (Mac and Windows).

Once you do this, a directory will appear on your computer, with the images inside. If you cannot find this directory, try doing a search for the name of the downloaded file.

Q: Are your images Mac and Windows compatible?
A: Yes, you get both formats.

Q: What graphic format/resolution are they saved in?
A: We offer many formats to download (you may indicate the correct format at purchase time), the formats are: Vectorial: EPS, CDR, WMF; Bitmap: BMP, GIF and JPG

Windows Meta File (WMF), Corel Draw (CDR) and Adobe Illustrator AI and EPS are vector formats, which means they are resolution independent, so will not break up, regardless of what size you make them. Unlike bitmap formats (such as JPEG and GIF) where resolution affects output quality, our vector images print perfectly at any size.

Q: Why can't I open a vector image by double-clicking on it?
A: Because you may not have a program assigned to open these types of graphic files, so you'll have to access the vector images from within the program you are using. If you are using a graphics program, the command is usually "file-open," and then select the image you want. For other programs the command may be "file-place, file-insert, insert-picture, get-picture" or something similar. Check your software manual's section on how to use graphic files for more detailed information.

Q: Can I download the file again?
A: If you need to redownload a file, check the receipt e-mailed to you. On this receipt you'll find instructions on how to re-download it and a link to do it. If you're having some trouble at download time, email us with your order number, and we'll send you another download link.

Q: Can I purchase single images from the collection?
A: We've created an entire collection of 10 beautiful desings or more for you to enjoy and use. We'll think you'll miss a big part of it by having to pick just a few of them. The images are sold as a set only.

Feel free to use Clipartopolis.com content in commercial or noncommercial projects to create web pages, T-shirts, posters, book covers, advertising, newsletters, presentations, logos. You can sell our designs digitized into any Machine Embroidery format (only digitized, not the source clipart). There are no per-image costs, royalties, or extra payments for Clipartopolis.com's content when you follow the Usage Guidelines below. We make it easy for you to use our files for virtually any purpose -- except to compete with us.

You are not permitted to...

...redistribute the Content as stock images, clipart, web art, multimedia, fonts or in any digital format.
...sell digitized designs to be resold yet again by other websites as embroidery designs.
...use any of the Content of an identifiable person (living or dead) for any commercial purpose.
...use any of the Content related to identifiable individuals or entities for any commercial purposes or in a manner which implies their endorsement of or association with any product, service, or entity
...create obscene or scandalous works, as defined by the Federal Government at the time the work is created, using the Content or any modification of the Content
...use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.

Refund Policy

Due to the electronic nature of the product and the possibility to be easily reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you have any kind of problem to download any set or receive a damage file, contact us immediately and we will send it to you again ASAP.
